Sang Khom (Thai: สร้างคอม) is a district (Amphoe) in the northern part of Udon Thani Province, northeastern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the southeast clockwise) Ban Dung, Phen and Phon Phisai of Nong Khai Province.
The minor district (King Amphoe) was established on May 15, 1975, when the three tambon Sang Khom, Ban Yuat and Chiang Da were split off from Phen district[1]. On May 21, 1990 it was upgraded to a full district[2].
The district is subdivided into 6 subdistricts (tambon), which are further subdivided into 52 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and 6 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
